I'm probably weird for this but ... I very rarely replay choice games. After beating Dragon Age, I had no inclination to go back and do it all again with a mage/dwarf/whatever. Plus, I find that the current gaming trend of "you've got to make these terrible moral decisions!" really ruins the immersion for me, since I spent twenty minutes considering each decision, wondering what's the correct answer, what's the answer my character would choose, and inevitably Googling what all the options are. I might as well just print out a walkthrough.
